How to Launch BIG with a Small Team

You don’t actually need a big launch team to launch big and plant a healthy church. We only had 12 official people on our launch team, but we still had 125 people show up on opening day.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't try to build the biggest team possible. But here's what's even more important:

A small group of people who are passionate about your God-given mission, vision, and values will be FAR more effective than a large group of people who are there but not quite as bought in.
